Top10 cause for Energy Deficiency

Writer: MindfuljourneyMindfuljourney

It is ok to feel tired once in a while after a long challenging day at work or all day sport activity however it is not ok to feel tired and exhausted all the time without any obvious reason for it.

Are you being challenged on regular basis with things like:

- Need to take a nap in the middle of the day

- Hard to get out of bed

- Lack of focus and poor performance at work

- No energy for fun with your children, family and friends

- No energy or desire for romance

If any of the above are being a part of your daily life, it is a sign that your body is out of balance and it is calling for your intervention. It is a warning sign that you need to change certain things in order to feel good and fully energized again. It is a sign that some of the “messes” in the body need to be cleaned up before the body starts manifesting symptoms more challenging than “just being tired”. There are several HIDDEN CAUSES behind these challenges that most of us do not even think about, such as

- Lack of sufficient sleep

- Low thyroid function

- Weakened adrenal glands

- Poor detoxification and excessive toxic exposure

- Anemia

- Hidden infections

- Nutrient imbalances

- Food allergies

- Blood sugar imbalances

- Inflammation

Our natural human tendency is to push through these challenges, however it is only a matter of time before our body starts reacting to what we have been neglecting for a long time. We are living very busy lives with little to no space to slow down, to be present for a moment and just think what it really is that we want most in our lives. Is it a daily serving of pizza and chips while we sit on the couch and watch TV, a regular daily whisky at the end of the long day, lack of exercise, lack of attention to our emotional wellbeing, and all the things that give us the temporary “comfort” but not the necessary nutrition that our body needs? Or do you see the bigger vision for your future such as being healthy, losing some weight, getting fit, have energy for your family, taking a trip around the world, opening a new business…?

“Don’t exchange what you want in the moment for what you want the most!”

A great way to start to get your energy back is to feed your body the healing nutrients. Try a smoothie with the following ingredients and incorporate it into your daily routine:

Liquid base: herbal tea, nut or seed milk, fresh juice or water – 2 cups

Fat source: nut butter, avocado, chia, soaked nuts, seeds, coconut

Herbs: several teaspoons to several tablespoons

Flavorings: essential oils, vanilla, raw cacao

Sweeteners: stevia, monk fruit,

Green leafy vegetables

Low-glycemic fruits

Coconut

Omega 3 rich foods: hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds

Medicinal mushrooms: cordyceps, reishi, chaga, shiitake, maitake

Probiotic and prebiotic rich foods: coconut yoghurt, seed yoghurt, cashew yoghurt

Sunflower lecithin

Another step is to try to book yourself for a bioresonance treatment which will help you determine what is your body missing, nutrient imbalances, food allergies, hidden infections, blood sugar imbalances, inflammation etc.
